"Everything was as it is listed on booking. We had a very pleasent stay and no issues at all. The appartment is located really close to the train station - so coming from or going to the airport (or other places accesible via train) is really comfortable. There are many shops and stores located closely. Nice is a very walkable city but if you seek for public transportation there are bus and tram stations located nearby. The appartment is fully furnished with everything you would need for a short or longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, iron, spare beddings, hair dryer- also detergents for the machines). Definitively would check out again if I ever visit Nice again."

"I liked that we had a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The double bed is confortable, the apartment is nice, colorful and cosy. The location is great, 3 minutes to the Railway Station and 10 min to the beach and good restaurants."

"They should pay a little more attention to the details when they clean it. You could see dust in visible places. Not so nice. Also the pillows look horrible underneath the pillow case, stained and yellow. We used the couch for sleeping and when you extend it, the mattress sheets are dirty! Also the couch and the decorative pillows (all dirty)."

"Tour guide on the map provided by Fred was not totally correct. Indications to reach Saint Paul de vence were not good for example, we walked all the way to the bus stop station but there wasn’t any. Except for this small detail, everything was fantastic :)"

"Beautiful apartment in an extremely convenient location, less than a 5 minute walk to the train station and down the road from the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped and we made good use of it to have dinner on the balcony. Both beds were very comfortable and the apartment was the perfect size for 2 people but would be absolutely fine for 3-4 people on a short stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and even left us a bottle of wine and some biscuits to enjoy. Can’t wait to return :)"

"Centrally located in the heart of Nice ,Nice Ville train station is a few minutes away by walking , so is the grocery store . A lot of food restos around the area if you don’t want to cook Great shower / bathroom facilities . Love the washer / dryer . Clean and safe location ."

"Много, уютно, малко но кокетно местенце! Имаше всичко необходимо за чудесен престой. Комуникацията с домакина беше отлична. Настаняването самостоятелно, също е много удобно! Шумоизолацията с ролетната щтора също е страхотен бонус. Района е тих и спокоен! Благодаря на домакина за гостоприемството!"
